Processing time includes order verification, quality check and packaging.
Deliveries on orders from the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand can take 2 to 4 weeks. If deliveries do not arrive within 5 weeks, then customers will be refunded on their orders.
Deliveries on orders from Europe, South/Central America and Asia can take 3 to 6 weeks. If deliveries do not arrive within 7 weeks, then customers will be refunded on their orders.
Deliveries on orders from the rest of the world, including South Africa, can take 5 to 8 weeks. If deliveries do not arrive within 9 weeks, then customers will be refunded or partially refunded on their orders.
Items may ship separately and arrive a few days later.
Tracking number will be provided after order processing.
Deliveries on orders from Brazil
Since 27 August 2018 the Brazilian Postal Service (Correios) advised that a R$15.00 fee will be charged for the delivery of your international orders. For more information click here.
If you have purchased from our store prior to 24 September 2018 and opted for the delivery to Brazil, PeeLoo Store will be responsible for paying your Correios fees.
All customs, taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, or any additional charges by your local government are the responsibility of the recipient. There is a chance that you will not get charged VAT or duties, however if you do get charged, we cannot be responsible for these fees in any way. Please contact your customs office for more information. Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to VAT/ duties.
If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday gift/ for special occasions, we recommend purchasing the item 6 weeks before to avoid disappointment with unforeseen shipping/ customs delays. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive on time or before specified dates.
